We accept returns for products that arrive damaged, leaked, or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable. Returns are not accepted for damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.
